Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Massage Therapist to join our team. Our clinic focuses on a holistic, results-driven approach with a strong emphasis on the fascia system and connective tissue to support long-term recovery, mobility, and overall well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a range of massage techniques including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Prenatal, Lymphatic Drainage, Facial Massage, and Hot Stone Massage
- Assess clients and create personalised, outcome-focused treatment plans
- Apply knowledge of fascia and connective tissue to enhance treatment effectiveness
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Educate clients on recovery, posture, and the benefits of regular treatment
- Follow all hygiene and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with Physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals when required
Requirements:
- Experience as a Massage Therapist (work experience or internship)
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt techniques based on individual client needs
- Interest in fascia-focused therapy and advanced bodywork
- Willingness to learn and train in new techniques, including AirSculpture Therapy
- Positive attitude, open-minded, and committed to professional growth
