We are currently seeking kind, dependable, and motivated Healthcare Assistants in Basildon and the surrounding areas to join our expanding team.
What We’re Looking For
We want caring professionals who are ready to make a real impact.
Shifts are available between 7:00am and 11:00pm, and we ask for a minimum of 4 weekend days per month.
Requirements:
- Previous care experience (preferred but not essential)
- A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle (essential)
- A compassionate, respectful attitude
- Good communication skills
- Reliability and a strong team spirit
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering respectful, high-quality personal care
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Helping with meal prep, medication, and daily routines
- Assisting with household chores, shopping, and mobility
- Engaging clients in hobbies and social activities
- Building positive relationships with clients and their families
