Fencing Team Leader/Supervisor
V-Recruit are currently recruiting for experienced Fencing Supervisors/Team Leaders start work in Dinnington, South Yorkshire as soon as possible, on a temp - perm basis.
Our client are a well-known and reputable fencing and landscaping contractor that operate throughout Yorkshire and surrounding counties. Day to day, your duties to include working mainly on construction sites, erecting various and all types of fencing.
You will lead a small fencing team of 1-2 fence erectors/operatives, and work within a wider team of fence erectors and carry out works on mainly domestic sites.
Hourly rate of £17.00 per hour, plus daily bonus of £12 per person for a 2-person team achieving 28 metres per day of standard 1.8mtr high fencing. Anything above 28 metres per day is paid at a bonus of £6 per metre between both operatives.
Earnings up to £50 - £60k per annum with over 60% of teams earning in excess of £40k-£45k
Saturday Price work available almost every week, paid at Price only (not hourly)- £8 per meter.
40-45 hours per week, Monday-Friday as standard.
6am-7am starts (usually back in the yard by 2pm/3pm)
The right candidates must have a CSCS card, own PPE, and a full UK driving licence. Ideally, you will have experience leading a team, or extensive previous fencing experience, looking to take the next step into a supervisory/lead fencer role.
Other tickets/certifications, such as NPORS/CPCS FTD/Roller, Cat & Genny, Level 2/3 NVQ in Fencing, Groundworks or Landscaping-related occupations are advantageous, and may be offered to hardworking employees as professional development.
