Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Officer Administration to join our team in the United Kingdom. Based in our Downham Market office, this role is vital in supporting our administrative operations and maintaining high standards of service delivery, aligning with our mission to promote electrical safety.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks to support the testing team.
- Maintain accurate records of testing schedules and results.
- Assist with data entry and report preparation using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing excellent customer service.
- Organize files, documents, and correspondence efficiently.
- Support billing processes using Xero accounts
- Coordinate appointments and schedule testing sessions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Good communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to handle data entry accurately and efficiently.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
