Scaffolder
Ingleford Scaffolding Ltd is offering an exciting opportunity to join our expanding team as a Scaffolder. This role will be based on a long term new development in Carlisle (CA2 6BY), with work expected to run for at least 18 months. We are accepting applications from individuals as well as full scaffolding squads, offering consistent, full time work on a major project.
About the Role:
We are looking for experienced and reliable scaffolders who take pride in delivering safe and high quality work. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:
- CISRS Part 2 Scaffolder qualification essential
- Previous scaffolding experience essential
- Experience working on site based projects
- Strong understanding of scaffolding safety standards and procedures
- Good awareness of health and safety practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive and reliable approach to work
- Good communication skills
Remuneration:
Details regarding rates will be discussed during the interview process.
Key Responsibilities:
The Scaffolder will be responsible for a range of duties, including but not limited to:
- Erecting, altering, and dismantling scaffolding on site
- Working in line with project programmes and site requirements
- Ensuring all scaffolding is safe, secure, and compliant with regulations
- Collaborating with site teams and supervisors to meet project deadlines
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following all company health and safety procedures
