We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant/Administrator to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Assist with the maintenance and updating of HRIS systems
- Support data entry tasks related to employee records, attendance, and payroll processing
- Coordinate recruitment activities including scheduling interviews and tracking applicants
- Manage employee onboarding processes and ensure all documentation complies with company policies
- Handle correspondence via email and social media management platforms to facilitate internal communication
- Support HR projects by preparing reports and analysing HR data for management review
- Assist with the administration of benefits programmes and employee engagement initiatives
- Maintain organised files of personnel records in both digital and physical formats
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective communication and accurate record keeping
Requirements
- Proven administrative experience, preferably within human resources or related fields
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience using Salesforce or social media management tools is advantageous
- Knowledge of HR processes including onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Organised approach with the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
