Diverse Commercial Solutions Ltd are looking for a motivated and reliable Window Cleaner to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for maintaining high cleaning standards across a range of commercial sites using both Reach & Wash systems and traditional methods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean windows using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring a streak-free finish
- Safely operate ladders and equipment necessary for window cleaning at various heights
- Drive to multiple sites across Wales and the South West, maintaining punctuality and professionalism
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and deliver excellent customer service
- Maintain equipment and supplies in good working order, reporting any issues as needed
- Follow all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks
- Provide feedback on potential improvements or additional services that could benefit clients
What We Offer:

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience using Reach & Wash systems and/or traditional window cleaning (preferred but not essential – full training provided)
- A full UK driving licence
- Excellent attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic
