Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate, skilled, and client-focused Lymphatic Drainage, Body Contouring & Aesthetics Specialist to join our growing team at Glass Skin Lab.
This role involves delivering expert Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), body contouring treatments, Korean HIFU, Korean Lash Lifts, and Brow Lamination, helping clients achieve both their wellness and aesthetic goals. You will provide exceptional client care, personalised treatment plans, and outstanding results in a luxury Korean-inspired clinic environment.
Duties
- Perform Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) treatments to improve circulation, reduce swelling, and support recovery and overall wellness.
- Deliver body contouring and body sculpting treatments using advanced technologies and manual techniques.
- Perform Korean HIFU face and body treatments for skin tightening, lifting, and body contouring.
- Perform Korean Lash Lift treatments to create naturally lifted, healthy-looking lashes.
- Perform Brow Lamination, shaping, and styling treatments to enhance clients' natural brows.
- Conduct thorough client consultations and recommend personalised treatment plans.
- Provide comprehensive aftercare advice and product recommendations.
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, professionalism, and client care.
- Accurately document consultations, treatment records, and client progress.
- Support the clinic with social media content when required.
Experience & Requirements
- Previous experience in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, body contouring, or post-operative massage is preferred.
- Experience performing Korean HIFU treatments is highly desirable.
- Experience performing Korean Lash Lifts and Brow Lamination is highly desirable.
- Beauty Therapy Level 2/3 (or equivalent) preferred.
- Strong consultation and communication skills.
- Professional, friendly, and confident with clients.
- Passionate about aesthetics, wellness, and delivering exceptional results.
- Eager to learn, develop, and grow within a premium clinic environment.
