We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our award-winning kitchen team at Monachyle Mhor Hotel, set in the beautiful Braes of Balquhidder, Stirlingshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate chef with experience in a 2 AA Rosette, finedining or high-quality hotel/restaurant kitchen who wants to work with great seasonal fresh produce as part of an experienced and ambitious team.
Working alongside our Executive Chef, Scott Davies and Sous Chef, you will confidently run your own section, consistently delivering dishes to a high standard and supporting junior members of the brigade.
What we're looking for:
- Previous Chef de Partie experience within a quality restaurant or hotel
- 2 AA Rosette/fine dining experience preferred
- Confident running a section without supervision
- Strong sauce-section skills and ability to work across other sections
- Passion for fresh, seasonal food and high standards
- Good organisation and ability to perform during busy services
- Butchery skills would be beneficial
- Positive attitude and excellent team player
- Ambition to learn, develop and progress
