Lettings Negotiator / Senior Lettings Negotiator / Associate
Location: Covent Garden, London
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays (10:00am – 4:00pm)
Salary: £18,000–£22,000 basic salary, with uncapped commission offering excellent earning potential.
Travel or Car Allowance: Depending on your level, you'll receive either a £2,500 annual travel allowance or a £5,000 annual car allowance.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Lettings Negotiator, you'll help connect landlords with the right tenants while delivering an exceptional customer experience from the first enquiry through to a successful let.
Your responsibilities will include:
Registering new applicants and understanding their property requirements.
Matching applicants with suitable properties and arranging viewings.
Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and prospective clients.
Delivering outstanding customer service throughout every stage of the lettings journey.
Managing offers, negotiating terms, and progressing deals through to completion.
Keeping clients informed with clear, proactive communication.
Identifying opportunities to generate new business and grow your portfolio.
Working towards and exceeding individual and team performance targets.
Maintaining accurate records using our CRM systems and ensuring compliance with company processes.
