We are seeking a highly organised, customer-focused Faculty Administrator to join our Work-based and Placement Learning Team within the Faculty of Health, Innovation, Technology and Science. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a busy, people-focused environment and takes pride in delivering an outstanding service to students, colleagues and external partners.
As a key member of the Work-based and Placement Learning Team, you will play an important role in supporting students undertaking placements and work-based learning opportunities across a diverse range of programmes. You will be the first point of contact for placement-related enquiries, providing professional and responsive support to students, academic staff, healthcare providers, employers and external agencies. Working collaboratively across the Faculty and wider University, you will help ensure that all placement processes are managed efficiently, accurately and in line with regulatory and professional requirements.
You will be an enthusiastic and proactive administrator with excellent organisational skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
