The Quest Academy is looking for a skilled and passionate Teacher of PE to join our successful Faculty.
The Quest PE team is very strong and delivers consistently high standards – at both GCSE and A-Level/ BTEC. The Faculty is well established and an area of excellent practice – it is a fantastic place to accelerate the development of your own teaching skills, and share ideas on what makes outstanding learning in PE. The main aim of this role is to deliver exceptional teaching and learning for the fantastic students of our great school. In PE, we teach students from Year 7 to Year 13. You will be required to actively engage in up-to-date teaching pedagogy and contribute to the continual improvement and refinement of PE teaching, whilst actively contributing to the extensive extra-curricular programme we have on offer.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about teaching PE and is able to share this enthusiasm with their students so they develop a real thirst for excellence. You will need to be a teacher who is capable of building strong relationships with students and families to help maximise this enthusiasm and thirst for learning. You will also be keen to take full part in leading the extra-curricular programme we have on offer.
