Job Description:
Northern Technical is a well established and rapidly expanding property maintenance and leak detection company specialising in the maintenance of privately rented apartment blocks.
Your role will be to remove and refit decking, replace doors, skirtings, plasterboard inspection holes etc, as well as general small maintenance jobs. Experience with aluminium and UPVC windows and doors would be a huge advantage. We would love you to get involved with all aspects of what we do, so a keen interest in general property maintenance would be a great advantage.
Roofing experience and/or fibreglass roofing experience would also be a huge advantage.
As a company van will be supplied, you will be required to hold a full UK driving license with a minimum of category B.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a joiner or carpenter
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
- Knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems is a plus
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Experience with painting, roofing, or masonry work is beneficial
