We are looking for an experienced civils Manager who has experience of recruiting, onboarding and mobilising 2 person dig teams. The Role / Opportunity
- To lead the charge on VOCON Energy's Civils arm of the business
- To recruit and mobilise 2 person dig teams, in total 10 teams required
- Ensure Safe practice of works onsite
- Ensure reinstatement and compaction compliance
- Ensure Operatives are productive in their day to day works
- Audit dig teams
- Ensure correct plant allocation and Calibration of items.
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to adapt to different situations on site
- Willingness to learn
- Flexible approach to work
- Ability to work individually but also as part of a team
The Package
- Annual income of £32,000 - £40,000 (DOE)
