Main Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in various healthcare settings.

Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.

Administer medications and treatments safely and as prescribed.

Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.

Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with regulations.

Educate patients and families on health management and wellbeing.

Promote safety and best practices in infection control and healthcare provision.

Work independently and demonstrate strong clinical judgment.
Requirements

Valid NMC Pin and relevant UK nursing experience.
