Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

As a Customer Service Advisor at our Contact Centre, you’ll bring excellent verbal communication skills and a positive, proactive customer-focused attitude. Thanks to your logical approach and confidence with a variety of systems, you’ll be able to prioritise and manage your workload in a fast-paced team environment.

Key information about the role.
Working hours will be subject to need up to 37.5 hours, Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00 with additional evenings when required however ample notice would be given.
