Trust-Care is currently recruiting dedicated and compassionate Project Workers to join our team supporting vulnerable adults. This rewarding role involves working with individuals experiencing homelessness, addiction, and mental health challenges, helping them build independence, improve their wellbeing, and achieve positive life outcomes.
Successful candidates will deliver person-centred support to individuals living within supported accommodation and community-based services across the Glasgow area.
Role:
- Supporting people in temporary accommodation to acquire the skills to manage their own tenancy
- Supporting service users with making/attending appointments
- Supporting service users to participate in positive activities and social events within the community
- Acting as a positive role model to the people that you support
Requirements:
- Six months experience in health and social care/a similar role
- The ability to connect with the service users
- Strong listening skills to support individuals and empathy
