Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our Chester academy for a sales manager.
Empire is one of the largest training providers for aesthetics and Beauty in the uk.
The right candidate will have vast sales experience within a similar fast paced environment and show they are capable of initiating sales in a proactive capacity for a targeted and commission based structure.
A strong sales background is essential for this position.
Experience within the industry is not needed although It’s essential we find the person with the right work ethic and sales driven mentality. full in-house training will be given outlining what we offer, the systems we use and the training/ treatment products we sell.
The position will be in-house and will be situated at our Chester academy and will also consist of some days working from home.
We have grown Empire through the power of social media and a heavily targeted sales approach. With a strong sales team, this has been the backbone of the business’s vast and rapid growth.
The right candidate should have knowledge of social media marketing/sales and be willing to go the extra mile to make sales targets.
Commission is excellent at Empire and more than rewards the hard work sales mangers provide.
Commission will be on a per course and treatment basis.
Tasks:
Closing sales
Liaising with other staff to strategise sales.
Day to day running of the academy .
Sales avenues:
Email
Wassap business
Text marketing
Phone calls
Facebook messages/comments
Facebook groups
Re-marketing to past clients
