Social Sticks Bromsgrove is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated self-employed Golf Coach to deliver high-quality coaching sessions using our state-of-the-art golf simulator facilities. This is an excellent opportunity for an established PGA Professional or experienced golf coach looking to grow their coaching business in a modern, indoor golf environment.
The successful coach will operate on a self-employed basis, managing their own diary, coaching programmes, and pricing structure, while benefiting from the exposure and facilities provided by Social Sticks.
What We Provide

Coach Responsibilities
- Deliver professional golf coaching to players of all abilities.
- Build and manage your own client base.
- Provide a welcoming and engaging coaching experience.
- Maintain your own coaching schedule and bookings.
- Ensure a professional standard of conduct while representing your business within Social Sticks.
Pricing Structure
As a self-employed coach, you will have complete control over your coaching business.
Coaching Fees
- Session prices will be set entirely by the coach inline with Social Sticks
- Coaches are free to determine pricing for:
- Individual lessons
- Group sessions
- Junior coaching
- Coaching packages
- Corporate coaching events
Simulator Hire
Social Sticks will offer the successful coach discounted simulator hire rates for coaching sessions. These preferential rates will be agreed prior to commencement, allowing the coach to maximise profitability while providing value to their clients.
Ideal Candidate
- PGA Professional or experienced golf coach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about player development.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage and grow their own business.
- Comfortable promoting their coaching services alongside Social Sticks' marketing efforts.
