About Shirley Pharmacy
Shirley Pharmacy is a busy, independent community pharmacy dispensing approximately 9,000 items per month. We are committed to delivering high-quality NHS and private pharmacy services while providing excellent patient care to our local community.
We are looking for a dependable, patient-focused Locum Pharmacist to join our friendly and experienced team. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist seeking regular weekday sessions, with additional Saturday work available.
The Role
As the Responsible Pharmacist, you will:
- Safely dispense prescriptions and ensure compliance with GPhC standards.
- Provide professional advice and excellent patient care.
- Deliver NHS and private pharmacy services.
- Work closely with an experienced support team to ensure an efficient workflow.
- Maintain a safe, organised and customer-focused pharmacy environment.
Our Pharmacy
- Approximately 9,000 prescription items per month
- ProScript PMR system

- Well-established independent community pharmacy
What We're Looking For
- Current GPhC registration.
- Community pharmacy experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A professional, reliable and patient-centred approach.
- Ability to work independently while supporting the wider pharmacy team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload.
What We Offer

- Regular Tuesday to Friday shifts. (9am to 6pm)
- Additional Saturday availability if desired.
