Role summary
We are looking for two organised and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team in Northallerton. These roles sit within our Sales and Customer Experience functions and will play an important part in delivering a smooth, professional experience for our customers. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will communicate with customers, support internal teams, manage information across systems, and help ensure orders and customer journeys run efficiently from start to finish. You’ll need strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of customer service. These roles are ideal for individuals who enjoy problem-solving, working collaboratively across departments, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
Customer Service Assistant
· Focus on day-to-day customer support and order management
· Handling customer queries, processing orders, and managing support tickets
· Liaising with sales, procurement, and production teams to resolve issues and keep orders on track

· Experience in a customer service or administrative role

Pay: £27,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
