Hourly wage up to £12.71-£13.50 per hour PLUS tronc/tips (approx. an additional £2-5 per hour)

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join our talented team. We're embarking on a new chapter and we'd love you to join us. The Queens Head is located in the beautiful and picturesque village of East Clandon, close to Guildford, Surrey.

You will be an experienced, enthusiastic chef who shares our passion for great food and great ingredients. You will have a minimum two years experienced as a CDP in a similar environment.
You will be a highly valued and crucial part of the kitchen team.
The Ideal CDP Will:
- Minimum 2 years CDP experience - ideally with an NVQ Diploma in professional cookery. This isn't essential - we just want a great fit!

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure the kitchen is clean and organized, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Assist in meal preparation and presentation, maintaining high culinary standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and timely meal delivery.
- Contribute to cost and stock control and inventory management as needed.
- Maintain kitchen equipment and report any issues to management.
