Trainee Sales Executive – Darlington

We provide complete, hands-on training from your very first day, designed to teach you everything from customer service and negotiation to team leadership and business operations.
What You Will Be Doing
- Learning foundational sales, communication, and client representation techniques through daily training.
- Interacting directly with customers to build rapport, answer questions, and secure new business.
- Collaborating with mentors and managers to track daily targets and personal development goals.
- Participating in interactive team workshops covering sales strategies and business growth.
