Part-Time Social Media Coordinator (Remote)
Location: Remote (UK) – occasional in-person meetings may be required

Hours: Flexible (approximately 5–15 hours per week, with potential for more as the business grows)

We're a growing UK specialty coffee brand and are looking for a creative, organised and enthusiastic Social Media Coordinator to help us grow our online presence and build a loyal community.

What You'll Be Doing
- Managing our social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
- Creating engaging content such as photos, videos, Reels and stories.
- Planning and scheduling posts.
- Responding to comments and messages where appropriate.
- Helping grow our online community and increase brand awareness.
- Supporting product launches, promotions and giveaways.
- Creating occasional email campaigns and newsletters.
- Monitoring social media performance and suggesting new ideas to improve engagement.
- Working closely with the business owners to develop creative marketing campaigns.
What We're Looking For
- Experience managing social media for a business or brand.
- Confident creating engaging content for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
- Experience with Canva, CapCut or similar editing software.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Creative, proactive and well organised.
- Able to work independently while keeping in regular contact with the team.
- A passion for coffee is a bonus, but not essential.
Working Arrangements
This is a remote position, giving you the flexibility to work from home. However, from time to time we may arrange in-person meetings or content creation sessions, so applicants should be able to travel when required.
