About the Role:
KWF Waterproofing and Flooring Services delivers specialist construction projects focused on waterproofing systems, flooring solutions, building protection, and technical project delivery.
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who can take ownership of complex construction projects from planning through completion. You will coordinate commercial, technical, procurement, site, and client requirements to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards.
This role is suited to someone who combines strong project leadership with practical construction knowledge. You will be expected to manage competing priorities, resolve delivery issues, maintain clear communication with stakeholders, and keep multiple project workstreams moving effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Lead assigned projects from initial planning through delivery, handover, and closeout.
Programme Management:
Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, resource plans, and delivery priorities.
Budget Control:
Monitor project costs, forecasts, commitments, and financial performance in coordination with commercial and finance teams.
Client Management:
Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide clear updates on progress, risks, changes, and delivery expectations.
Team Coordination:
Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, technical specialists, and internal support functions.
Risk Management:
Identify project risks early and implement practical mitigation actions to protect programme, cost, quality, and safety.
Contract Coordination:
Work with commercial teams to manage contractual obligations, variations, change requests, and project documentation.
Quality Management:
Ensure work is delivered in line with agreed specifications, technical standards, and quality requirements.
Procurement Coordination:
Support procurement planning and ensure materials, specialist services, and subcontract resources are available when required.
Performance Reporting:
Prepare regular project reports, forecasts, programme updates, and management summaries.
Problem Solving:
Resolve delivery issues quickly and coordinate the appropriate teams to prevent unnecessary delays.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
At least 7 years of experience in construction project management, specialist contracting, building services, commercial construction, or a related field.
Project Leadership:
Proven experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, contractors, suppliers, and technical requirements.
Commercial Awareness:
Strong understanding of budgets, cost control, forecasting, contracts, variations, and project financial performance.
Construction Knowledge:
Good understanding of construction methods, site operations, technical specifications, quality control, and project sequencing.
Leadership:
Experience guiding project teams, setting priorities, and maintaining accountability across multiple workstreams.
Planning:
Strong ability to manage programmes, deadlines, resources, and dependencies across complex projects.
Stakeholder Skills:
Able to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal management teams.
Problem Solving:
Confident assessing project issues, identifying root causes, and implementing practical solutions.
Communication:
Strong written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to present project information clearly and professionally.
Mindset:
You are organised, commercially aware, decisive, and focused on delivery. You know when a project issue requires detailed investigation and when immediate action is needed to keep work progressing.
Pay: £5,200.00-£6,200.00 per month
