A leading London law firm is seeking a Non-Contentious Construction Associate or Senior Associate to join its highly regarded team.
This is a standout opportunity for a UK-qualified solicitor with strong private practice experience to focus exclusively on non-contentious construction work, acting primarily on real estate-led matters (rather than projects or energy).
- Advising on a broad range of non-contentious construction matters
- Supporting complex, high-value real estate transactions
- Working closely with recognised leaders in the field
- Collaborating with a well-established and high-performing construction team
- Exposure to premium clients and sophisticated instructions
- 2-6 PQE UK-qualified solicitor
- Strong background in non-contentious construction from a recognised London or UK real estate/ construction law firm
- Experience aligned to real estate construction work rather than projects or infrastructure
- Commercially minded with strong technical drafting ability
- Full UK working rights required
- High quality, purely non-contentious workload
- Clear positioning within a top-tier construction and real estate practice
- Supportive and collaborative team culture
- Strong platform for long-term progression
- 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
- Initial 4-week period in-office to support onboarding, training and integration
The office is centrally located in London with excellent transport links
- Bonus potential of up to 10%
- 1300 billable hours target
