Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production & Quoting Coordinator specialising in Plastics & Linear Drainage products. In this vital role, you will serve as the bridge between sales, production, and customers, ensuring accurate and timely quotations, efficient order processing, and seamless communication across teams. Your proactive approach will help optimise workflow, enhance customer satisfaction, and support the company's growth objectives. Key Responsibilities
Plastics Division
- Preparing accurate plastics quotations
- Stock control and ordering of materials
- Production management/co‑ordination across plastics manufacturing
- Carrying out nationwide site surveys at existing leisure centres
Linear Drainage Division
- Producing quotations, including technical drawing take-offs
- Overseeing production management
- Conducting quality control checks and assisting with packaging & dispatch
- Supporting sales and marketing activities for new-build wet leisure sites
Site Works
- Coordinating materials, tools, and plant for on-site teams
- Ordering necessary materials to support ongoing projects
Additional Opportunities

What We’re Looking For
- Strong ability to work under your own initiative
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) with excellent computer literacy
- Excellent organisational skills
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to prioritise effectively
- Excellent customer service skills
- Highly self‑motivated, but also an effective team player
