Experience within an accounts department is not necessary, training for all aspects of the role will be given.

As part of our continued growth, our Accounts Payable function plays a vital role in ensuring financial accuracy, maintaining strong supplier relationships, and supporting the smooth running of the business. We invest in systems, processes, and training to build a high-performing finance team that underpins our ongoing success.
The Role
- Effectively communicate with other departments to resolve issues
- Keep supplier accounts up to date, including checking statements and allocated payments
- Act as a key point of contact for suppliers, building strong relationships
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the purchase ledger
- Process supplier invoices efficiently
- Resolve queries in a timely and professional manner
- Accurately upload and manage financial data
About You
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Confident using Excel
- Logical thinker with good problem-solving ability
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable communicating over the phone
- Reliable and proactive
- Team player with a positive attitude
- High attention to detail
- Good time management skills
