A Cloud Solutions Architect designs, implements, and manages secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure and solutions for an organization. The role works closely with business stakeholders, software developers, and IT teams to ensure cloud technologies align with business objectives while maintaining high standards of security, performance, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement cloud architectures using platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Develop cloud migration strategies for applications, databases, and infrastructure.
- Ensure cloud environments meet security, compliance, and governance requirements.
- Optimize cloud performance, availability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to support cloud-native applications and CI/CD pipelines.
- Evaluate and recommend cloud technologies, services, and best practices.
- Monitor cloud infrastructure and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Prepare architecture documentation, technical standards, and implementation plans.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor cloud engineers and IT teams.
- Stay up to date with emerging cloud technologies and industry trends.
Pay: From £9,500.00 per month
