You will be located in the admin office. Joining an existing team, the role involves updating current sales pipelines into the inhouse system, making initial contact with vendor and purchaser, assisting with the progression of sales and ensuring that sales are moved through to exchange and completion. We are looking for someone who is confident on the telephone highly organised, good attitude to customer service with attention to detail. Previous house buying experience would be beneficial but full training will be given.
Main tasks of job:
1) Contact clients on a regular basis (every 2 weeks)
2) Update both clients and customers with milestones within a sales chain (only with immediate contact)
3) Liaise with solicitors and mortgage brokers to obtain relevant information.
4) Trouble shoot and situation that would affect the exchange of a property and raise issues with their line manager at their earliest convenience.
5) Ensure the GDPR policy is adhered to with regards to information passed between relevant parties.
6) Ensure customers service is provided in a professional manner.
7) Raise completion invoices accurately and sent to the relevant parties.
8) Monitor the sales progression email and respond to all parties by the end of the working day.
9) Answer and make calls relevant to the role.
10) Ensure that all CRM details are kept accurate and up to date.
11) Follow procedures outlined by company directors
Hours 9am - 5pm. Monday to Friday
