ASH Pub & Dining situated in a prime position in Sutton Coldfield are looking for a talented Front of house team member to join their new ambitious team. You must have 2 years experience in full service high end gastro pubs.
We have a part time position available. (Friday- Sunday)
Responsibilities
- Show exceptional customer service standards
- Provide support to management team
- Maintain cleanliness at highest level
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws are kept at all times
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly
Experience
- Previous experience within a front of house role in the restaurant industry in a high end gastro pub environment
- Ability to work well with others within your team.
- Good knowledge of high level service
- The best customer service with strong communication skills.
