Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, friendly and patient-focused Dental Therapist to join our wonderful team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and building long-term relationships with patients in a busy and well-established mixed practice, committed to patient wellbeing and clinical excellence.
Duties will include:
- Providing mixed NHS/Private therapy & hygiene work both under prescription of a dentist and under direct access
- Periodontal treatment and maintenance
- Oral health education and preventative advice
- Restorative treatment within scope of practice
- Taking radiographs and maintaining accurate clinical records
- Managing a full diary efficiently
- Delivering excellent patient care with a calm and caring approach
- Supporting patients in maintaining long-term oral health
- Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards
- Ensuring infection control protocols are strictly followed throughout all clinical activities
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is:
- GDC registered Dental Therapist
- Friendly, professional, and reliable
- Confident communicator with excellent people skills
- Patient-focused with a caring and empathetic approach
- Organised with good time management skills
- Able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Passionate about delivering high standards of care
Experience working as an NHS Dental Therapist is essential, either direct access and/or under prescription of a dentist.

Job Type
Part-time available, for Saturday sessions. Self-employed.
