Job Overview:
Our Team Members are essential to the smooth operation of Pittagoras. They ensure their
sections run efficiently according to company standards and provide outstanding service
to our customers, creating a memorable experience every time.
Role Purpose:
Team Members contribute to the overall success of the store by maintaining high standards in food preparation and service, supporting their colleagues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Attendance: Maintain timely attendance according to the scheduled hours.
Uniform and Hygiene: Always wear a full, smart, clean uniform while on shift and use
protective clothing as required.
Section Monitoring: Oversee the standards of their sections and report any issues to the
shift leader.
Compliance: Follow all Pittagoras systems and processes, including Food and Hygiene
standards, Health & Safety, and opening and closing procedures.
Training: Support the training of new team members.
Scope:
Financial: Contribute to cost management by minimizing food wastage.
Non-Financial:** **Ensure high customer satisfaction and quality food standards.

Education, Qualifications
Essential:
- Basic kitchen experience.
- Reasonable command of the English language.
Desirable:
- Food and safety level 2 certification.
- Health and hygiene certification/understanding of COSH.

- Professional attitude aligned with company values.
- Can-do attitude and courteous approach to customers and team.
