Cartwrights Paint Spraying – East Midlands (Mobile Role)
Cartwrights Paint Spraying is expanding and we’re looking for an experienced Mobile SMART Repair Technician / Paint Sprayer to join our busy team covering the East Midlands.
This is a mobile role with excellent earning potential, steady workflow and uncapped bonuses for high performers.
Salary & Benefits:
- Basic salary approx £36,000 per year
- OTE £50,000+ (uncapped bonus)

Your Role Will Include:
- Mobile vehicle bodywork repairs
- Dent removal and SMART repair work
- Scratch repairs and paint blending
- Alloy wheel refurbishment
- Full machine polishing and paint correction
- Completing work efficiently to a high professional standard
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in SMART repair / paint spraying
- Ability to deliver consistently high-quality finishes
- Good time management and pride in your work
Qualifications:
Industry qualifications preferred but not essential for experienced technicians.
Trial & Probation:
- 6 month probation thereafter
Location:
Mobile role based in the East Midlands, covering surrounding areas.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £34,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
