An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time Care Navigator to join our friendly and supportive GP Surgery in Worcester following a recent retirement.
We are looking for a candidate who has excellent communication skills, a compassionate and friendly nature and a flair for great Customer Service.
NHS or GP Practice experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
30 minute unpaid break
Working patterns are 8:00-16:00 & 10:30-18:30, 4 days per week TBC.
30hrs per week
