Floor Staff (Full-Time & Part-Time)

We are currently seeking professional, enthusiastic, and reliable individuals to join the front-of-house team at The Duke of Cambridge, an award-winning British gastropub and restaurant known for its high standards of food, service, and hospitality.

The Role:
As a member of our floor staff team, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests receive attentive, friendly, and efficient service. Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and hosting guests in a warm and professional manner
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately
- Serving food and drinks to a high standard
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant and bar areas
- Working collaboratively with the wider team to ensure smooth service
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality is preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong work ethic and a positive, team-focused attitude
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- High standards of personal presentation and customer service
Key Information:
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Weekend availability is essential
- Own transport is highly desirable due to our location, as there is no public transport access
