Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work in Primary Schools across the North East?
Milk Education is working with a range of welcoming and supportive Primary Schools across Sunderland, South Tyneside, Gateshead, North Tyneside and Durham. We are looking for confident and reliable Teaching Assistants who can make an immediate impact in the classroom.
Primary Teaching Assistant Role

Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2

Delivering 1:1 and small group interventions

Supporting children with SEND and additional needs
-
Promoting positive behaviour and engagement
-
Assisting teachers to create an inclusive learning environment
We Are Looking For In A Primary Teaching Assistant
-
Recent experience working in a Primary School
-
Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable)

Experience supporting SEND pupils is advantageous
-
Strong communication and behaviour management skills

A proactive and positive attitude

Experience working with children, young people or adults in the last 5 years in a professional capacity
