From starting on a hot potato tram in Preston back in 1955, SpudBros has grown into a massive national favorite and a viral social media sensation with millions of followers! Now, SpudBros Express is bringing legendary, loaded, oven-baked jacket potatoes to food lovers everywhere.
This location is proudly owned and operated by Ketch & Co, an established franchise partner dedicated to bringing the energy, quality, and community spirit of the "TramFam" to life. We are building our dream team and hiring for ALL ROLES - from customer-facing Crew Members to leadership positions.
Roles We Are Hiring For:
Whether you're looking for your first hospitality job or have years of management under your belt, we have a spot for you:
- Crew Members: Our Crew are the engine room of the brand, making sure every single guest leaves happy and full! Depending on your strengths, you can work in either area - or both:
- Front of House (FOH): You are the face of the brand. By welcoming guests with high energy, taking orders, and perfectly dressing the hot spuds right in front of the customers, you drive the vibes and keep the service queue moving fast.
- Back of House (BOH): You are the backbone of the kitchen. By prepping our fresh toppings, managing the ovens to ensure we always have perfectly baked potatoes ready, and keeping the kitchen spotless, you ensure we never run out of food and that every dish meets our incredibly high quality standards.
- Together, FOH and BOH work in perfect harmony to deliver super service, great vibes, and the ultimate loaded spud experience.
- Shift Leaders / Supervisors: Run smooth shifts, support the team, handle opening/closing, and ensure food quality and speed of service are spot-on.
- Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager: Lead the daily operations, manage schedules, order inventory, train team members, and drive the store's performance.

- Great Work Ethic: Fast-paced, quick-service environments are exciting but require focus, teamwork, and reliability.
- No Experience Required (for Entry-Level): We provide full training! A highly complex kitchen background is not required; just a hunger to learn.
