Job Description
Annabelle's Guest House is seeking to recruit a motivated and organised Business Support Officer to provide administrative and operational support across the business. This is a key role responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of our guest house and ensuring the smooth coordination of administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and office support across the business.
- Manage accommodation bookings, guest enquiries and reservation records.
- Maintain accurate business records, documentation and filing systems.
- Prepare invoices, process payments and assist with financial administration.
- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance schedules and supplier communications.
- Liaise with guests, contractors and third-party service providers.
- Support stock ordering and purchasing administration.
- Maintain compliance records, health and safety documentation and operational reports.
- Assist management with scheduling, planning and the day-to-day coordination of business operations.
- Carry out any other administrative duties required to support the efficient operation of the guest house.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative or business support role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
- A professional and customer-focused approach.
- Experience within the hospitality or accommodation sector is desirable but not essential.
Pay: £41,700.00-£45,956.16 per year
