We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across The premises. Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in commercial spaces
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas according to health and safety standards
- Empty rubbish bins and dispose of waste responsibly
- Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively
- Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet roll as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Follow organisational procedures to ensure the highest standards of hygiene are upheld at all times
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is advantageous but not mandatory
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good physical stamina and the ability to perform manual tasks throughout the shift
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning chemicals and equipment is a plus
