Challenge Products is a highly regarded and very busy machine shop, manufacturing a wide range components from a vast range of materials, including super alloys, stainless, aluminium, & plastics.
Responsibilities
- Operation of CNC Mills in an efficient manner
- Experience of setting, programming and operation of CNC milling machines
- Machine components using customers technical drawings
- Inspect components and record dimensional reports
Key skills
- High attention to detail
- Good communicator and ability to know when to ask for assistance.
- Good attitude
- 2 + years manufacturing experience.
Desirable skills
- Knowledge of Hurco (Winmax ) controls
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM software
- Operation of 3 + 2 and 5 Axis machines
Training can be supplied where needed.
