Tikila is coming to Stamford.
Launching above the award-winning Orbis Stamford, Tikila is a brand-new tequila, rum and taco bar bringing premium cocktails, incredible food for sharing, and a high-energy atmosphere to the town.
Think handcrafted Margaritas, premium spirits, colourful plates designed for sharing, great music, and unforgettable hospitality.
We're building an opening team of bartenders and waiting staff who love people, love hospitality, and want to be part of something special from day one.
The Role
We're looking for energetic, personality-driven individuals who can help create an experience, not just serve food and drinks.
Whether you're shaking cocktails behind the bar or delivering tacos to a table, you'll be helping guests escape their everyday and immerse themselves in the vibrant world of Tikila.
What We're Looking For
Experience is preferred, but attitude is everything.
You'll be:

Previous experience in bars, restaurants, hotels, cocktail venues or hospitality environments is advantageous.
