As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for owning the performance marketing and revenue growth across the Dorchester Collection portfolio., driving measurable commercial returns through paid media, CRM and data-driven campaign strategy. In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute paid media strategy across search, social, display, and programmatic channels, with full accountability for direct revenue targets and ROAS
- Own the CRM strategy: lifecycle programmes, personalisation frameworks, audience development, and revenue attribution
- Lead campaign planning from brief through execution and post-campaign analysis, ensuring alignment with brand and commercial priorities
- Manage agency relationships: briefing, performance reviews, budget allocation, and contract negotiations
- Own analytics and reporting: define KPIs, interpret performance data, and translate insights into actionable commercial decisions
- Manage performance marketing budget with clear revenue accountability
- Partner with hotel commercial teams to align activity with property-level objectives and promotional calendars
- Identify opportunities for growth through new channels, audiences, and testing frameworks

- Lead and support the Digital Marketing Executive by setting clear goals, providing regular feedback and coaching, encouraging professional growth, and helping prioritise day-to-day activities to deliver successful campaigns.

The hours of operation for this role are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm, based in our corporate office in Knightsbridge. You are able to work from home on Fridays.
- Previous experience in performance marketing in luxury hospitality, travel, or premium lifestyle brands
- Previous experience managing six-figure paid media budgets with demonstrable revenue outcomes and direct commercial accountability
- Proven experience managing agency relationships end-to-end: setting strategy, challenging performance, reallocating spend, and holding partners to commercial standards
- Deep, hands-on expertise across Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, programmatic (DV360 or similar), and at least one enterprise CRM platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, or equivalent)
- Fluent in GA4, attribution modelling, and revenue analytics; able to interpret data and translate it into actionable commercial decisions
- Experience with multi-property or multi-market campaign planning
- Experience directly line managing at least one marketing executive or coordinator; comfortable setting objectives, giving feedback, and developing junior talent
- Ability to manage upwards and sideways across hotel commercial teams, balancing multiple stakeholders without direct authority
- Strategic thinker who can balance brand integrity with revenue ambition
- Degree in marketing, business, or related field, or equivalent commercial experience
