What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead, inspire, and shape a strong, child-focused culture
- Ensure homes meet (and beat) Ofsted standards
- Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)
- Oversee operations, staffing, budgets & placements
- Collaborate with professionals to create meaningful change in young lives
- Develop in of our key areas to contribute to senior leadership team and specialise such as training, development, safeguarding, senior management, compliance etc
What You’ll Bring
- QCF Level 3 (required), Level 5 in Leadership (preferred)
- 2+ years senior residential care experience
- Solid knowledge of Children’s Home Regs & safeguarding
- Confidence, compassion & a drive to lead with impact
- Full UK driving license
