We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized MEP Operations Manager to lead and oversee the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) operations across our projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless coordination, execution, and management of all MEP activities, driving efficiency, safety, and quality standards. Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of all MEP activities on multiple projects, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment using project management tools such as Primavera P6.
- Oversee the development and review of technical drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
- Monitor daily operations to uphold safety standards, quality control, and environmental regulations across all MEP tasks.
- Manage project documentation, including progress reports, inspection logs, and change orders, maintaining meticulous records for accountability.
- Optimize resource allocation through effective time management strategies to meet project milestones without compromising quality.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to site teams, fostering a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing MEP operations within large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 is essential for scheduling and resource planning.
- Strong technical skills in Civil 3D for designing or reviewing civil-related aspects of MEP installations.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-moving environment.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field; professional certifications are a plus.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations relevant to MEP construction activities.

Pay: £50,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
