What You'll Be Doing
- Managing all new patient enquiries
- Building strong relationships with prospective patients
- Guiding patients through their treatment journey
- Following up consultations and treatment plans
- Converting enquiries into booked treatment
- Promoting practice membership plans
- Generating and encouraging Google reviews
- Supporting the growth of implant, cosmetic, aligner and general dentistry services
- Delivering a first-class patient experience from initial enquiry through to treatment acceptance
