Due to continued growth, we are looking for an ambitious and experienced Car Sales Executive to join our successful team at our state-of-the-art Kia dealership on Pride Park, Derby.

The Role
As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Selling new Kia vehicles and approved used cars
- Generating and following up sales enquiries
- Building long-term relationships with customers
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Presenting finance and value-added products professionally and compliantly
- Maintaining excellent product knowledge
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Be currently working in a vehicle sales executive role
- Have a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Be highly motivated, driven and customer-focused
- Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Have a professional and enthusiastic approach
- Experience within a franchised dealership environment is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided
