Requirements
- Minimum Level 4 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivelant
- At least 3 years’ experience in a clinical environment delivering non-surgical and laser treatments
- Passionate about aesthetics and delivering results
- Confident in creating engaging content to showcase treatments and results that you have achieved
- Comfortable working towards and achieving KPI targets set
- Professional, motivated, and eager to contribute to the ongoing success of our clinic
Key Skills & Expertise
- Experience with Advanced Aesthetic Treatments – Expertise in laser hair removal and professional facials for all skin types (minimum of 3 years)
- Client Care & Communication – Strong communication skills, ensuring a positive and professional client experience
- Product Knowledge – Confident in recommending advanced professional skincare from Epionce, DermaQuest, and Dermapenworld Dermaceuticals (external and Internal training will be provided)
- Operational Efficiency – Skilled in managing booking systems, reception duties, and day-to-day clinic operations as well as admin tasks
- Clinical Precision – Dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and the ability to diligently, without fail follow strictly the treatment protocols
- Continuous Learning – Motivated to expand knowledge and stay ahead with Skin Perfection treatments and technologies
- Team Collaboration – A proactive team player who thrives in a professional clinic environment
