We’re looking for a Head of Development & Innovation to lead our strategic development, drive transformation, and help us grow into a successful 3PL provider.
This is a senior, strategic role for someone who loves turning ideas into action, spotting opportunities others miss, and building a future‑ready business that stays true to who we are: practical, purposeful, and focused on what matters most.
Lead our Evolve strategy — delivering transformational programmes, operating model reviews, ESG and sustainability initiatives.
Drive innovation across our network, ways of working, and operating model.
Support 3PL growth — securing new business, improving customer performance, and designing scalable solutions.
Analyse operational and financial data to spot trends and opportunities.
Build and develop high‑performing teams with a Better Never Stops mindset.
Senior experience in logistics, supply chain, retail, or similar.
Proven success leading transformation and change programmes.
Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
Experience in business development, ideally including 3PL.
Understanding of ESG, sustainability, and circularity.
Technical project and program planning experience
Confident leadership, great communication, and a practical, down‑to‑earth approach.

Based at our Doncaster office, working on a hybrid basis with travel when required.
