Business Support Administrator
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Support Administrator to join our team in Lostock, Bolton.
This role is suited to someone who enjoys structured, process-driven work and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work. You will take responsibility for a number of key administrative processes, including new property onboarding, data management and rent reviews, alongside providing wider administrative support where required.
Strong Excel and numerical skills, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work confidently with large datasets and detailed property documentation are essential. Once fully trained, you will be expected to manage your responsibilities independently and ensure work is completed accurately and on time.

Established in 2009, Landmark manages a growing portfolio of more than 30,000 properties across England and Wales on behalf of both internal and external clients. Our primary focus is ground rent collection and the associated administration and management of leasehold properties.
Based in Lostock, Bolton, we are a small, high-performing team with a collaborative and hands-on approach. We pride ourselves on providing a professional and efficient service and continually look for ways to improve our systems, processes and ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Handling the onboarding of new property portfolios and sites into Qube
- Gathering, cleansing, reconciling, preparing and uploading various datasets into Qube
- Working with large datasets in Excel using advanced Excel techniques
- Reviewing leases and other property documentation to accurately extract key information
- Interpreting rent review provisions and preparing and checking associated calculations
- Preparing and processing rent review and other property data within Qube
- Preparing and issuing formal leaseholder documentation and correspondence
- Identifying and investigating discrepancies, missing information or unusual cases and escalating where appropriate
- Maintaining accurate spreadsheets, system records and supporting documentation
- Providing administrative support across other areas of the business as and when required
- Assisting with general office administration duties
Skills & Experience Required
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative, data-focused or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including strong Excel skills with practical experience using advanced Excel techniques to cleanse, reconcile and manipulate data
- Experience working confidently with large datasets and data uploads
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a methodical and accurate approach to work
- Strong numerical skills and confidence working with calculations
- The ability to read, understand and accurately extract information from detailed legal documentation
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- A flexible, adaptable and positive attitude
- Confidence working as part of a small, high-performing team
- Previous experience within the property sector is desirable
